Terms and Conditions for Students Applying for Courses with DIRECTIONAY

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before applying for any courses offered by DIRECTIONWAY. These Terms govern your relationship with the Company and outline your rights and obligations as a student applying for courses through our platform. By applying for a course, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Course Application: a) Eligibility: You must meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined for each course you apply for. The Company reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may request supporting documents or information to validate your qualifications. b) Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false or misleading information provided may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your enrollment.

Course Acceptance and Enrollment: a) Acceptance of Applications: The Company reserves the right to accept or reject course applications at its sole discretion. Course acceptance will be communicated to you through the email address provided during the application process. b) Enrollment Confirmation and Payment: If your application is accepted, you will receive an enrollment confirmation with payment instructions. Full payment of the course fee, or any specified deposit, must be made within the specified timeframe to secure your enrollment. Failure to make payment may result in the forfeiture of your enrollment.

Course Fees and Refunds: a) Course Fees: The applicable course fees will be clearly communicated to you during the application process. These fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify or introduce new fees and payment terms. b) Refunds: Refunds will be provided in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy, which will be communicated separately. It is your responsibility to review and understand the Refund Policy before making any payments. Requests for refunds must be made in accordance with the Refund Policy's guidelines and timelines.

Intellectual Property: a) Course Content: All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, handouts, assessments, and online resources, provided by the Company are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course content without the prior written consent of the Company. b) Student Work: By participating in a course, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify any work you submit during the course for the purposes of evaluation, feedback, improvement, and promotion of the Company's services.

Code of Conduct: a) Respectful Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner throughout your interaction with the Company, instructors, fellow students, and any other individuals associated with the course. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated. b) Academic Integrity: You are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of enrollment, in cases of academic misconduct.

Modifications and Termination: a) Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, or these Terms, at its sole discretion. Such modifications will be communicated to you through the email address provided during the application process. b) Termination: The Company may terminate your enrollment and access to a course if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company. In the event of termination, you may not be eligible for a refund.
